In the last quarter of 2024, 41.737 houses were sold in mainland Portugal, according to estimates by Confidencial Imobiliário, based on the SIR – Residential Information System. This result means that the housing market ended the year trading 27.2% above the end of the previous year.
Prices began to rise again, closing the year with a year-on-year increase of 11%.
