House prices in the Algarve rose by 13.8% in 2024, considering the Q4 2024 year-on-year rate of change of CI’s Housing Price Index.

The region’s price growth was thus higher than the country’s average, which stood at 11.0% in the same period, as well as Lisbon’s, 5.5%, and Porto’s, 7.8%.
