House prices in mainland Portugal rose by 10% between January and November 2024. The increase has therefore accelerated considerably compared to the summer period, when prices had accumulated an increase of around 5% compared to the end of 2023.
This is due to the behavior of the last three months, in which prices have risen by between 1.4% and 1.7% each month, in contrast to August, a period marked by monthly variations of less than 1%
