Estimation points to 33,350 homes sold in mainland Portugal as of Q2 2024. This transactional activity represents an increase of 4.9% compared to the previous quarter, when 31,800 homes were sold.

Approximately 88.0% of sales were existing homes and the remaining 12.0% corresponded to new constructions.
